The worst dream I've ever had….
If I’m going to recap the worst dream that I have ever had, I will
have to access a deep, dark, sheltered areas of my brain and I’m willing to do
so. The setting of the dream is it seems like a labor camp of some sorts and
there are people surrounding me, being pushed, shoved and beaten to the ground
by faceless guards wielding the weapon of fear at their hands. Someone approaches
me from behind and grabs me aggressively and swings me clockwise to face him. He
yells violent, malevolent words to me that I couldn’t comprehend, then he
places his cold, bony hands on me and with a smirk turns me back counter clock
wise to march in a line of people leading into a dark, obscured complex with
large heavy, pad locked doors that swung open bearing a room they had two more
faceless guards practically throwing people inside. The faceless guards started
shooting their guns, killing the previous victims in front of me. As we got
closer to the obscured doors the smell of death and burning flesh filled my
nostrils with a stinging sensation, and as tears ran down my face, not of
remorse but because of the stench. I walked into the complex and saw my fate, I
was about to be burned to death from the outside in and I said a last prayer
hoping for the father to save me and as I walked slowly, steadily into the
blaze of hell I awoke, sweating and loss of breath and then I realized that it wasn’t
reality.
Oh wow. What a horrifying scene. A dream for you but sadly a reality for millions in the not-so-distant past...
