The two pieces of life

Narrative poems
Figures dancing upon the ceiling
Giving breath to this long forgotten room

Figures of the great story formed by haste and love
Of a period of time in which
We reflect our own motives as of today
We need to look upon this art piece and
See the dedication, the drive that this
Artist sought out for future generations
To enjoy this phenomenal piece of life practically

Death is unforgivable like a distant
Memory that seems to fade with age
Like when you forget to ride a bike at
The age of 80. Death doesn’t care who
You are or what you are he always
Finds a way to take the very person
You care about most and take them away from you
In a flash there gone and all you have is sorrow and
The pain that death left for you

  1. I like the idea in the first piece of the beautiful figures painted on the ceiling "giving breath to this long forgotten room." I saw some amazing pieces like that when I was in Europe this summer and thought a lot about the people who put those paintings there and all the lives that have passed beneath them since.
